Marketing & Brand Strategy Lead

 What you will do:

  • Build and lead the overall marketing and brand strategy for TEDxUTSC — from concept to execution

  • Define and uphold the brand identity across social media, website, and physical materials

  • Strategize and oversee all content — from design direction to final approvals, ensuring storytelling consistency

  • Own the campaign roadmap for the event: speaker reveals, theme launch, ticket sales, and more

  • Collaborate with the Production team to create a unified event experience, visually and emotionally

  • Lead and mentor a creative team, empowering them to produce bold, aligned, and impactful work

What we are looking for

  • A strategic thinker with strong storytelling instincts and visual taste

  • Experience (or potential) in brand building, marketing, or campaign development

  • Creative direction skills — able to guide a vision, provide feedback, and raise the bar

  • Leadership mindset and the ability to inspire a team
